Corn situation after the close Tuesday, March 4, 2025:

May corn settled yesterday at $4.51½, -42¾¢ since last Tuesday.

Tuesday’s closing price was $1.21¾ below the contract high of $5.73¼ (Jun 21, 2023) and 37¼¢ above the contract low of $4.14¼ (Aug 26, 2024).

USDA’s 2024/25 crop carryout in terms of days’ use: US 37, world 86.
