Highlights


The largest grain exporting port in Ukraine is Odessa. Russia used Iranian-made drones to knock-out Odessa's two energy facilities on Saturday. Officials say it could take months to get electric power restored. More than 1.5 million people and the grain loading facilities have no electricity. This news is bullish for wheat and corn to a lesser extent.

 

Tidbits


OPEC+ crude oil production fell to 38.29 million barrels per day (bpd) last month, which is 1.81 million bpd less than their maximum quota.


The number of oil tankers waiting for clearance to enter the Dardanelles Straits has swelled to 28 as of Friday, up 8 from Monday. Turkey requires all oil tankers to show proof of proper insurance coverage for their cargo citing the G7 oil price cap rules on Russian crude.
