"675 mm for Nov., that's 28 inches for the month. According to experts, more than 250 millimeters (9.8 inches) of rain fell in Goiânia (south central Brazil) during the afternoon. The month of November had already broken rainfall records. Going to be Asian rust this year. Reminds me of 2005."
